I will notify the elders of LCC in a timely manner if I intend to leave the church, or rescind my partnership with Life Centre Church.

I understand that the Eldership and Leadership of Life Centre Church may temporarily suspend or revoke my partnership status if deemed I am no longer keeping with my partnership commitments or due to an issue with church discipline.
